Clontarf Portmarnock Kinsealy Swords Ballyboghal Nags Head Lusk

I went the standard way to Clontarf and then just before you come into Portmarnock turned left to Kinsealy . Very much built -up. Lovely road from Swords to Ballyboghall , very lonely and lovely and peaceful . Went on as far as nags Head and turned right to Lusk and then got the train home . A great day but quite cold , particularly in the afternoon . I had done over 50 KM and I was thinking of doing a small bit more but I was glad I did not as it was cold and in about an hour it would be getting dark . And if i got a puncture . So a nice day but along the Canal on the way home I could hardly see as the sun was directly in my line of sight . Any , a nice cycle.
