Ranelagh to Gerry McKnight

I went to Gerrys houseto the patient . His knee was just replaced! Well , nearly replaced. Jesus it was terrible looking . Every colour between black and white . It was also swollen . It looked as if got every bash and bang possible . He also said that it was impossible to sleep . So quite an experience . He will be on crutches for a few weeks so he will be put out for Xmas . maybe it is not so bad in Christmas terms as it does take the preassure off him and Mary to have the Xmas occasion in their house and they therefore have an excuse , some excuse!He will be in crutches for a few weeks .

I still have 160.90KM to do , to make my total for the year 4000KM for the year 2023.
