Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather continues to be fantastic! In the low 70's, cool winds from the North West. I wasn't sure what I was going to do today. I knew I wanted to do WS n Back. But also thinking of adding Banducci. I ended up adding Banducci. I felt average from the start, sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. I wasn't concerned about time, today. I cruised my way out to WS. Doing mostly moderate to good tempo. I made it to the summit of Highline in good time. The return trip was nice and steady tempo. No heroics. Burning my matches on the last few kickers. After making my way back to the end of Highline, I spared no time to climb Banducci. My body felt good and I was able to hold a good tempo up the wall. From there, it was recovery and then the summit. I took a few moments rest, then headed down the mountain. Mostly fun and games from there, back to the car. My concentration was spot on today. I felt like I had room to focus, without much struggle. Balance and form felt better today. Ailments consisted of some right hand numbness. Gear is working great. I forgot to start the Gopro, to the fault of my own. Other notes, I saw 3 cyclists today.
