Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I felt ill in the stomach yesterday. So much that I wasn't sure if I was going to vomit. I was up past 12AM in a quite a bit of discomfort. When I got up the next day (today), it was late. Prior to the illness, I was planning on going out to WS. Luckily, I felt better, just enough to go for a ride. I was planning on going to the Highline summit and back. But decided to do Banducci first. From the start, my legs felt ok, all things considered. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. I was able to reach the summit of Banducci doing mostly moderate tempo, higher in some places. My body felt good, no signs of nausea. From there it was fun and games. Concentration was good. Ailments, none. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw 2 other cyclists in the parking lot. We chatted for a minute before they departed.
