It's getting warmer. Today was in the upper 70's, winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit + arm coolers. I felt average from the start. Body had some aches from yesterday's strength training. I made it to the bottom of the climb in average time. I wasn't in a hurry... I felt better on the climb. There were about 5 cyclists on their way down as I was climbing. Two of which were novice or less than my equal, two of which were of my equal or better, one of which was greater than my equal. I also saw a female cyclist. That makes 6, all together. I was pushing more than usual, given that I was everyone's carrot at this point. My HR was higher than normal. To be expected from wanting to not get caught. I made it to the summit without anyone bridging. That felt good! Concentration was good. Ailments consisted of some right hand numbness. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working flawless. Other notes, There appears to be some campers off in the distance towards the north. I can see them from my bedroom window. I'm guessing that it's a film crew. I was trying to spot them on the ride, but they were to far East from the vantage points.
