Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The climate continues to be warm and unfriendly. Another day in the saddle feeling sluggish. A day like this makes me feel like I'm doing 30% more work than usual. I tried to keep my morale on the positive side. Allowing my thoughts to flow as to avoid negativity to permeate. I had no intention of hammering. Mostly moderate tempo. There were times where I shut it down for a few moments. I think the first half went faster than the second. I had problems with my 3rd bottle. The cage started to rub against the front spokes. I had to stop immediately. After spending a couple minutes getting it adjusted, I made my way to SS, doing mostly moderate tempo. I stopped one more time at the summit to adjust the bottle cage. If felt like i was dragging my feet through SS. At least I had the bad weather to blame. The wind changed direction as I was making my way to the last climb. Real demoralizing. I made my way up CVR climb not feeling great, but I had enough left in the legs to cruise it to the summit. After that, I made my way back. Catching my breath through the false flat. I charged my way down Route 202, approaching 40 mph. After that it was the usual trek home. Concentration felt good, all things considered. Balance and form was good. Ailments consisted of hand numbness, quad soreness, some lower back soreness. Gear is working well with the exception of the bottle cage issue. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
