Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It was a bit hotter today. I felt it immediately in the legs. I was sluggish for most of the ride. I tried to put it out of my mind and concentrated on other aspects such as stretching and balance and form. I just didn't get that warmed up feeling when I reached the end of OTR. Banducci wasn't so bad. So, perhaps I felt a bit better as the ride progressed, but not by much. The downhill was blast. I stayed in my tuck at the bottom right hander. I made it to the SS tunnel in about 1:05ish. So, I knew I was doing bad time. The return trip was somewhat pleasant. Mostly a tail or cross-tail wind all the way to the last climb. I made it to boss hogs in about 1:25ish. After that it was the last climb. I think I felt a bit better here than on OTR. I brought a 3rd bottle, so I finished what I had left and then took a few good gulps of the 3rd bottle. After that, it was fun and games. Concentration was very good, despite the fact that I was feeling sluggish. Ailments consisted of some mild back soreness, some right hand numbness. General fatigue. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working perfect. The Gopro did not stop for the duration of the ride.
