Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather was a bit cooler than the previous ride. in the mid 80's. Favorable winds. I felt better in the legs today. I was good to go by the time I reached the end of OTR. The outbound trip on Highline went fairly smooth. A cross tail wind the entire leg. When I reached the turn-around point, I spared no time and headed back. I started with modest tempo for the first few minutes and then picked up the pace. I was doing 15MPH+ most of the way back. Today was a short ride, so by the time I got back home, I had room to spare. Likely doing a double soon. Concentration was spot on. Balance and form felt good. I was using left leg / right leg alternating power strokes. Trying to hone in the balance between the legs. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness. Gear is working good. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist on his way up OTR, as I was on my way down.
