Kanata Race Day 10k

Good turn out despite the rain. 1k (kids), 5k (out and back one loop), and 10k (2 loops) distances. Started off drizzle and developed into steady rain, but cleared up after an hour, just in time for kids 1k. Lots of Park Runners (Linda did good time of 1:03). Picked up bib #265 yesterday but lost it (H and I spent hours looking for it!), and had to pick up a replacement #207 before start. Hopefully results will be recorded correctly. Beat previous PB (From 7th Oct 2012) by a few seconds! Accidentally started watch again, so activity has been trimmed.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
