The Harrow

DT asked me on Thursday if I could take over his duties as ride leader today as he had to drive some horses to a fancy dress party or something like that
This seemed such an inspired excuse that I could not refuse.
11s at Beaconsfield where there were many serious looking cyclists in matching kit.
Lunch at the Harrow in the Hughenden valley.
On the return journey we passed the church in little Missenden where they were serving tea & cakes. So an impromptu stop was called for. It was interesting to see the work being done in the church to conserve some ancient frescoes.
Second tea stop at Denham more tea more cake!
Met office got it wrong again. A fine dry and at times sunny day.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
