Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather was a bit warmer. I decided to do a single. And likely do a double the next time out. Despite the warm weather, my legs felt good from the start. I made it to the end in good average time. I cruised my way out to WS. With a near perfect tail wind. I was practicing spinning. Alternating, left leg, right leg, pull and push. It felt real good. Right on top of the pedals. I made it to WS and turned around. The usual first 3 minutes to get the legs warmed up for the trip into the headwind. The miles ticked over quickly. Before I knew it, I was at the last kickers. From there it was mostly fun and games. So, today was a brief ride, saving my cookies for next week. Concentration was real good, balance and form felt better, ailments were right hand numbness. Gear is working well, but the GoPro stopped once. Other notes, only a casual cyclist today. I stopped at a local horse farm across route 202. I took some photos.
