Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was about the same. Low 80's. Favorable winds. I felt a bit better average going out the door. I was still experiencing heat exhaustion. So, that slowed my pace down a bit. I was sufficiently warmed up by the end of OTR. Banducci was the usual crawl. There was traffic behind, so that put me a bit more into the red than I would have liked. The remainder was steady tempo. I took a few moments rest at the summit. Letting traffic by. Then the usual descent. I think I did good time going out to SS this time. Into the wind and mostly above 15MPH. I was able to zip around SS. When I got to the tunnel, I was about 1:05 hrs into the ride. So, 4 or 5 minutes away from good time. The return trip was comfortable. I was able to hold a good tempo through the farmlands. Some drafting off the big rigs for a few seconds. The last climb started fast, but I pulled the plug early. I was still feeling heat exhaustion, so no point in putting it into the red. No heroics at the summit. The remainder was recovery and fun and games. Concentration was good, in the zone for the most part. Balance and Form felt good, not great in some parts. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness, some minor lower back soreness. Gear is working well. The Gopro worked non stop, but that was with the normal and battery bacpac. Will have to see what happens with the battery bank on the next ride. Other notes, I saw 2 other cyclists today.
