Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be favorable in temperature and wind. I decided to go to the Alpine Forest followed by Tour de Teh (R) and Keene n Back. Last night I was thinking of going to WS, but decided against it, in favor of CV. It was a lot of climbing today, but my legs felt good. Better than average on OTR, doing good time. I was able to climb Banducci and Alpine forest with confidence. I wasn't holding much back, other than saving matches for Keene. After cresting the summit, I took a 2 minute break and headed down through CV. CVR climb went fast, my legs felt good, perhaps a bit fatigued from the Alpine Forest, but manageable. I met up with the folks at the mailbox lockers, swapped bottles and spared no time to continue to Keene. I was plenty warmed up, so my legs weren't cold. I don't know what sort of time I did on the way out, I wasn't thinking about it much. The return trip went well, my legs were good, somewhat sore at places, but manageable. No signs of cramping today. Just the usual sensation of fatigue. Since the weather held up, there were only a few places that I felt the heat bearing down. Just as it was, it went away, going through the bends in the road and changing wind directions. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt good, but not great. Ailments consisted of some lower back soreness, right hand numbness, quad fatigue. Gear is working well, although the GoPro was slow to start. I'll have to practice using it more. Other notes, 2 other cyclists out there. I recognized both. One of which appeared to be doing Keen, twice. No doubt training for the GranFondo. Speaking of which, I need to sign up soon.
