Miss Lola was a very good girl on this morning’s walk 🐶❤️. They were working on the inlet bogs so we only did the short loop at the beginning. Then we returned to the baby bogs and she got some unleashed time where she was very good. She managed to snack on a few stray cranberries that didn’t make it onto the truck, but it wasn’t an all out buffet 😋. Then we walked to Jack Henry where she had some excitement. She got to see Petunia the dachshund she recently met, but she was being carried to her car for a Dunkin run! Then as we were about to turn onto County there was a black cat 🐈‍⬛ that surprised us both! She got pretty amped up but fortunately the cat sprinted safely out of sight 🐈‍⬛💨. As we were finishing up on Holloway, our neighbor Milton asked how “Tigger” was, so we stopped and updated him and he got to meet Lola. Somewhere in the conversation she decided that he wanted to be jumped on by a happy puppy, so up she went!! He said they lost their dog too at 9.5 years and it was so hard they haven’t gotten another. Hopefully someday they will give a home to a pup who needs one 🐶❤️.
