Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I wasn't sure how far I was going to ride today. I was thinking of going to Banducci summit and back. I ended up doing the Tour de Teh (R) loop. The weather is nice and cool. Mild winds from the West. I'm fully recovered from the GranFondo. No signs of calf pains, nor carry over exhaustion. I did good time to the end of OTR. The Banducci climb went well. I was able to push it over the wall, with traffic as incentive. The remainder was good tempo and traffic mitigation. I took a moments rest at the summit and headed down the valley. I kept the pace comfortable and put in a solid effort over the CVR climb. Concentration was good. No ailments. Balance good. Gear working great. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist descending as I was ascending the CVR climb.
