FIRST Route with the Swami group! Super fun ride! WHile i was going up one of the hills, i got totally owned and they left me for dead. Trying to catch up, i sprint down the hill, and in trying to catch up, i pass the turn because i followed another cyclist who was not part of the group. In doing this, i go back and as i trudging along, i guy named mack starts riding with me and wow this guy is a 3 time iron man champ! unbelievable! SO i ride with him all the way to Escondido and down Del Dios Highway and he was thankful for allowing me to pull him up some hills. This guy was really motivating. As he told me that i have a good power to weight ratio. When we are going up to Rancho Bernardo, the A team catches up to us and totally passes us so fast.. waay crazy fast. Once we get to RB he turns and goes a different route. From here i ride alone and have a nice ride through the hills back to the coast and back to Nitro. Also when i got back, Allen called and we went and picked up his bike from B and L Bikes in San Diego. What a good friend i am to pick up his bike! He got a specialized with Sram Reds. blah blah blah
