RAGBRAI PRE-RIDE DAY 4

Cool morning start that quickly heated up with an 11% climb on the optional gravel. I believe today (Day 4) and Day 1 may be the most challenging of days so far. *Disclaimer/ I think they are all still great days with plenty of time to stop in pass through towns to rest and enjoy what they have to offer. Indy (meeting town) is full of excitement and probably my favorite stop of the day as well as Milo. Be sure to get your late day ice cream and pie in Milo. The 3 gravel options were EPIC... Level B, on the last two options, were both challenging and a blast! And can't forget about the covered bridges of Madison County (one on the regular route and another on the first gravel option.) Oh... and I had 3 slices of pie today!🍰🥧

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
