Penultimate Day Before First Metric (W&R)

Good loop. Commandeered from BBZ Express Sundays, but thought it was going south down Main, not north. Imagine my surprise when I let Garmin 810 take over. Should really learn to scope out ride prior; missed a few turns and got off course. Miss the audio beeps and alerts (how DO I retrieve those?) , so really had to pay attention to visual cues, but didn't always. Came away with gears not shifting effortlessly as is its MO, so off to BBZ blaming rim-replacement Wrenches at FC (coincidence?) when in reality it was my own inability to degrease and propensity to overlube chain. Grunge doing its dirty work. Should be ready tomorrow afternoon and ready to rock the 62.5 Saturday. Complete with chain grease tutorial...

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
