I was finally able to do the Tour de teh (SS,R) ride. The winds were in my favor and the air temperature fantastic! Sunny skies all around. Today was a good indicator for my legs. My stomach was aching a bit before the ride, but I had a hunch that it would go away as I started riding. That proved to be the case, no stomach cramping the entire ride. My legs were a bit heavy until I reached the Banducci summit. At that point, they were fully warmed up. I made my way to SS in good tempo and my legs felt good. no ailments. The return trip proved to be just as encouraging. I did moderate tempo till I made a left on Pelisser. At that point, I upped the pace to see how my legs responded. They felt solid for the most part. I did some stretches now and again. From this point, I did solid tempo, arrived at Boss Hogs in well under an hour. I had enough left in me to give it a good dig over the top of Cummings Valley Road. The only other dig was at the summit of SS. My concentration was good and my balance was good for the most part. I'm having to alternate force between my legs to bring them into equal. My gear worked great, perhaps need to reseat the front wheel, as it was making clicking noises here and there. Other notes, I dropped my bottle just before the left hander onto Woodford-teh. I probably lost 20 seconds or so. I wasn't in it for time today, so no biggy. Even still I did good time.
