Feelt a little ambitious with the 40/20 run walk intervals at the end - I was feeling ready to be done around 6 miles - thinking maybe I should cut back on the run time a little bit or stretch it out using 20/40 run/walk instead? Weighed i. At 133 before coffee and oatmeal and weighed 131 after run. Had a few niggling pains for last two miles - behind the knees - a couple low back twinges. Wondering if I can integrate some exercises into my run to help limber me up? (Squats at the top?) lunges ? Also kind of feeling that I need more strength … maybe my legs were just feeling tired - but I guess it was overall a good run - appropriately exhausting- nothing too strenuous? NOTE: based on my weigh in info - garmin fluid loss estimate is pretty close if not spot on BAFFLING: Looks like my walk and run distances are about the same? Like I am hiking pretty fast - makes me tempted to go do a hike and see how fast I can hike this- or at least hike more extended sections next time as well as run more extended - hike up and down ww to aspen - run wildwood to firelane 1 and back tow cherry… or I just need to get a lot stronger and more fit ?
