Training objective: 45 mins hard ride with the cadence between 70-80 rpm and the heart rate at 155 bpm's followed by 30 minutes of bridge intervals (65-70 rpm's and full out to the peak).
Tough one today - strong west-south-west crosswind for the first part of the Rijncanal, and pretty much right in the teeth for the east-to-west part of the bridge intervals on the Schellingwouderbrug. Did 10 intervals, plus the Amsterdamsebrug on the way back. Had to take to the muddy grass to avoid a large piece of machinery that was moving along the path for the 1st ascent and then took a short-cut for the 3rd ascent to avoid it. It was gone for the rest of the climbs.
39 "accomplishments", including 22 new personal records on Strava on this ride which is a mix of asphalt and cobblestones.
Used the lap/split function to mark the 12-minute warm-up (lap/split 1) before the 45 minute hard ride (lap/split 2), followed by about 7 minutes tempo pace to the start of the bridge intervals (lap/spit 3), and then for each ascent to peak of the bridge, back down to the start of the next ascent, and finally the last ascent and the easy ride (except for the Amsterdamsebrug ascent) back to the fietsenstalling. Ignore lap/split 12 - I hit the button 2x by mistake.
Rest day tomorrow - but already looking forward to getting back in the saddle for the weekend!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
