Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was nice and cool. I wore two base layers, arms and knees. Winds from the North West. It was the first time I used my power meter on an out-door ride. It was interesting looking at the numbers. While I was riding. My observations are as follows... My cruising speed is around 100 Watts. When I get out of the saddle to accelerate, the wattage jumps over 250 Watts. I'm interested in seeing what my average wattage is on the outbound and return on Highline. I expect the return to be higher than the outbound as the winds were headed east. I had a few things to think about, in addition to the new gear. It made the ride go much quicker. That and the fact that the wind was mild. I was getting cold as I reached Tucker, on the way out. So, I stopped to put on my skull cap. From there on, I was comfortable. My right knee has been slightly sore in the past few days. Nothing to detract from the workout or mobility. Gear is working well. The GPS was 0% charged when I was about to leave. So, I had to put it on charge for 20 minutes. As per my delayed departure. Other notes, no other cyclists, but minimal traffic today.
