Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I'm loving these days. Nice and cool, sunny skies, winds from the South. Perfect weather for Willow Springs n Back. I felt good to start. Somewhat heavy legs for the first 6 or 7 minutes. And then, they felt better. At the end of OTR, I removed my knee warmers. Then headed to WS. There was a headwind. I was probably going 50% less average speed than normal. To be understood due to the weather conditions. I was wondering what the wattage comparison would be from the out bound and back legs. The return trip went fast. the way I like it. Concentration was good. Mostly in the zone. Ailments... My right knee was mildly sore in the morning. Felt better on the ride. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist coming back as I was going out to WS.
Other notes ***IMPORTANT*** : You raised your saddle by about 1/4 inch, as per mitigating the knee soreness in the right leg.
