Well it was a little colder than last night's ride. It started out windier but the wind gust got better so it was just a constant wind. My ride took advantage of the wind direction by main keeping the wind at my side. I did have several sections were I was into a head wind and in a few a tale wind. My back felt a little better than last night's ride which was the reason I was able to get in over 30 miles. I again kept my HR down below zone 1. My average speed was slightly faster mainly because I didn't ride as much of the ride into a head wind as last night. Again I was properly dressed for the ride, effort and distance except for my feet. After 20 miles they started to get really cold and by the time I finished they were freezing, next time I will put more on my feet. The ride was a nice and pleasant one a real joy. One more easy ride and I will see if my back is ready to pick up the pace, I think the back support is helping too, at least it feels well supported. I also got my 200 miles for the week so still a successful week!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
