I wanted to get out earlier in the day but it was pouring rain and windy so I waited. When the rain finally stopped I want to give it time to dry some next thing I knew it was late so I decide to do another mostly indoor ride. I hate having something and not using it so I decided to use the Kurt Fluid Trainer. I kept it easy so I wouldn't stress my back which worked out well. It was a nice ride too. It seems harder to do indoor miles than outdoors at least right now. It's going to be torture when I start trying to do 50-60 miles indoors, I remember watch someone on the internet that was a hard core rider taking a short break every 30 minutes or so I believe to break the monotony. I can go one hour right now maybe I'll take a short break every 45 minutes or one hour. I am just thinking out load sorry. Well tomorrow I hope to get in 40-50 miles in zone 2 HR. That way I will be ready to eat hardy. All those that celebrate Thanksgiving have a great and wonderful day!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
