This was a very unexpected 106.50KM. I had intended to do about 70 -80KM . Intended remember . I had not got the H/head pre-done with the thing set to bleep every time I came to a crossroads , but at least I did not get lost lke Budapest . I had origionally meant to go to Kildare and then turn back and head towards Sallins and get the train home , but I discovered when I arrived in Naas that the next trai was about 2 Hrs later . I did not like the thought of waiting there for that long . Remember that at this stage I was quite tired and I did not want to do nothing for that long ,so I came home . So I had done over 100, which surprised me . The weather was cold enough for the time of year and it did start to rain but very little really . I cant say it was a great cycle but it had the capability of becoming so , if I was properly prepared . I dined in Naas on the way . Anyway an experience and a good day and it got me out of the house . Like most times I am glad I do them 5 minutes after I have started .
