Athy to Sallins

This was a great ride. I really enjoyed it . 97.20KM in total for te day so nearly the ton. Maybe the 200KM is next , but I dont think so as that is too much and I am too old . Thats reality. I also saw a place called Dunamese Castle just outside Portlaoise . I never heard of it before .I was supposed to go towards RHS after Ballymore Eustace but at that stage I was fairly tired so O went fairly straight to Sallins ,and then home by train. Most of the roads I was on were definitly 3rd class with grass in the middle of them and I only saw a few cyclists . I got a meal to eat in Athy but I really had too much and felt as full , and really uncomfortable. But it was a great cycle and I really enjoyed it .
