Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Great weather persists. I got out early today because I wanted to watch a historic rocket launch in the afternoon. I made it back just in time. The ride went well. I'd say it was a good average ride. Somewhat difficult to gauge as it was earlier in the day as usual. Thus, the wind conditions were different. Mostly calm winds from the north, but turned south when I was close to the summit on the return trip. I had some things to think about, so that helped my mind remain focused. The legs felt good. My right knee was hurting just a bit, but subsided as the ride went on. I stopped on two occasions. The top of the descent to remove my knee warmers, and another to take a photo of the train. Concentration was good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, as stated, right knee. Gear is working well. Other notes... There were a few cars parked near the Loop monument. No cyclists today. (And the rocket launch went flawless. Kudos to SpaceX).
