Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Again, great day for a ride. Perfect wind conditions (mostly). My right knee continues to ail me. I think it's time to redo the cleat position. I felt a bit above average making my way through OTR. Cruised my way to WS. No heroics, just moderate tempo. Keeping an eye on my wattage. Seems that my cruising wattage is around 100. At that rate, feels like I can go on for hours. I gauge the rest of the ride by that number. I had a headwind on the way out, tailwind on the way back. I was looking forward to the return trip. As I was making my way up the last risers, I noticed that he wind had reversed itself. So, I had a headwind for the last 2 miles or so. From there, fun and games through OTR. Concentration was good, had some things to think about. Ailments consisted of the right knee soreness. It didn't subside as it normally does. I have to take a look at the cleat. Balance and form felt average. Gear is working well. I tried placing the cadence sensor on the right crank arm, but that didn't work because it rubs when I put it into the big ring. So, I put it back to the right crank arm and just have to make sure the mini-pump doesn't rub against it. Other notes, I saw 3 cyclists today.
