Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Miserable weather today. I was ready to go for a ride down to Keene n Back. So, I got my clothes and gear on. About to head out the door, when I noticed that there was a cloud formation that looked to contain precipitation. So, I changed my plans. I ended up training indoors. I got my trainer and components ready in about 5 minutes. Hopped on the trainer. Zwift had the mountain course today. So, I did the mountain climb loop. I was feeling a bit off today, before the ride. My eyes were sore. Somewhat light headed. I was smart enough to snack before the ride. I did the usual 5-7 minute warmup before increasing the tempo. I approached the climb similar to the previous ride. Alternating in and out of the saddle. I was mostly out of the saddle for the duration of the climb. I felt comfortable and within my limits. At no time, did I feel I was going to blow up. I passed quite a few people. Before the ride, I set my weight to 138 lbs. As read on the scale, just before the ride. So, it was no fluke. I did a 30 day PR, in under 28 minutes to the summit. I noticed that the volume was low, so I decided to adjust the volume from the external keyboard. I unintentionally pressed the window key. That bumped me off to the desktop, and I couldn't get the TV to display Zwift. I ended up disconnecting the HDMI cable from the TV. Zwift came back on the laptop. So, I ended up riding the remainder via the display on the laptop. I completed the climb by doing the bonus summit leg. From there I headed downhill and in to town. All the way to the start/finish line. Right now, I feel much better. Not as light headed. More alert. Concentration on the ride was spot on. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, mild right knee soreness. Gear is working well. Other notes, there were over 3000 riders. When, the TV turned off, I was able to see my reflection. It helped. Gave me something to concentrate on, given that I was viewing the game from my laptop screen from 3 or 4 feet away.
