Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. Low 60's, winds from the north. I was hoping the winds were from the south, but it wasn't to be. I felt good from the start. Made it to the end of OTR in good time. When I made it to Highline, I tried to keep the tempo no less than moderate. This was to be for the outbound leg. The return leg was as expected. A chore, going into the wind. The wind was moderate, so I made it back in good time. I was able to push it over the last riser. From there, it was recovery and the last Kicker to OTR. Concentration was good. Mostly, in the zone. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were slight left quad soreness. A bit of lower quad soreness on the way out to WS. Mild lower back soreness. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw 3 cyclists. I'm planning on doing the Caliente loop this spring. A sort of kick-off for the "on" season.
