Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was cold. In the low 40's. I was either going to ride Keene n Back, or in-doors. I decided the latter. I had stuff to do, so it fit the bill. The setup continues to be fast. Before the ride, I tried alt-tabbing out of Zwift to see what happens. Unlike last time, all I had to do was click on the Zwift icon, on the taskbar. The ride went well. No stoppages. It was just one continuous ride. I chose the London loop with Box Hill. As I recall from previous sessions, they've since added some mileage to the loop. Nevertheless, I did the usual warmup for 5 to 7 minutes, and then upped the tempo for the remaining hour. I was able to put in a good effort over Box Hill. Increasing the effort as I was making my way to the summit. It took about 29 minutes just to get at the base of the climb. I think I did a 30 day PR. From there, I took a breather. Then headed back to the start/finish line. I put in a good dig on the tunnel riser. I put in my mind that I wanted to do an hour workout. If I reached Box Hill a second time, in that time frame, I would do it. Not to be the case this time, as I had estimated from the previous lap. Concentration was good for the most part, some wandering of the mind here and there, no gremlins. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some mild right knee soreness. Gear is working well, although the cadence sensor was cutting out ever minute or so. I had the usb extension cord connected to the ant dongle. There were over 2000 riders today.
