I wanted to ride outside but had a few things to do by the time I was ready I had to go to my Mom's, it was her birthday today. She had a great dinner ready for me when I got there. Well I got back a little later than I thought I would so I was toying with how long my ride would be. I figured it would be at least 30 minutes at a recovery pace as I was riding I started to feel OK so figured I'd go for 1 hr after 30 minutes I picked up the pace. After 1 hr I started to figure how many miles I had and what it would take to get 200 miles for the week. So now I was going for 1.5 hrs as I approached the mark I decided to get 32.25 miles which was slightly over 2 hrs. After the 1st hr I increased the cadence to over 100 rpm after 1.5 hrs I increased the speed and kept the cadence up. The funny thing is I couldn't ride as fast in the beginning nor get the rpm up with laboring too much. I am glad I finally got a 2 hr ride in.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
