Fruitlands and Still River Road with Julie

Wanted to get a long slog up to Fruitlands, so included the interesection with Route 117 and Still River Road. Tried to push up hills, especially at the tops and then over, with little recovery, standing up in the saddle occasionally. Seemed to do well. Moved my seat forward a little more, I think that is helping reduce stretching and pain in my lower back and piriformis on the right side. Didn't affect my psoas too much and my knees are ok as well. Julie very strong going up the hills too, at a constant pace. Beautiful morning ride in the low 70s, with low humidity and a great view of the Monadnock range from Fruitlands.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
