Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Beautiful spring weather. In the low 60's. Winds from the North West. I felt good from the start. Before I departed, I felt the cleats for looseness. The right cleat was loose. I took about 5 minutes to adjust it. Shortly after, I departed. I started the Glympse (live tracking) app. I guess the folks didn't get a chance to check it out on their computer. Perhaps on the next ride. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. As I was making my way to WS, the wind was nearly a perfect tailwind. Good and bad. Good, I felt like I was in someone's draft the whole way out. Bad, I had to fight it, on the return. I did some speed work. Doing high cadence. After reaching the turn-around point. I put my mind into fighting mode. I eased into it. I tried to keep the pace steady. Out of the saddle to stretch the legs. In my mind, I was thinking about how far I was, in terms of %. Just to keep the mind occupied. It helped. After reaching the summit, I save a match for the riser, into the right turn. from there, mostly fun and games. Concentration was very good. I had a few thing to think about. Balance and form felt good. Ailments consisted of slight right knee soreness (in the soft tissue). Gear is working great. As said, I have to confirm the Glympse app functionality on the next ride. Other notes, no other cyclists.
