Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I think I got out just a bit earlier than the previous rides. The weather is cool, but very comfortable. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I was a bit cold for the first 10 minutes. But, by the time I reached the top of the descent, I was feeling less cold. The winds were favorable. I cruised the downhill. No digs, just nice and easy tempo, enjoying the scenery. At this point my legs felt average. When I reached Keene, my legs felt a bit better. I started off with modest tempo, built up to good tempo, did one dig over the loop monument and high tempo of the summit. My legs felt good the entire ascent. Somewhat of a diesel engine effect. Took me a while to get into the zone, but I got there. Ailments were basically none. A few hints of cramping in the lower legs, but only for a few moments. My lower back was slightly sore on some parts, but not so bad as to be a hindrance. My concentration was fairly solid. Balance was good, but not great. Bike gear is working well. I think it's time to re-oil the chain. Other notes, seems like their still doing more rail-road repairs near the base of Keene.
