Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

The weather was on the rivet of being unfavorable. I decided to ride indoor. Today's course was the Redmond, Virginia Olympic course. To be honest, I don't like this course. It's mostly rolling terrain. Tough to get settled into a rhythm. I ended up doing pseudo intervals. Out of the saddle pushing 4Watts/KG +, counting 10 breaths. Then in the saddle for a few minutes or so. Rinse and repeat. It took about 15 minutes for my muscles to warm up. There's a short climb that was kind of fun. Suited me well. The legs felt ok. The right calf still hasn't healed since Sunday's ride. There was a hint of soreness. I was trying to get a feel for what type of mitigation helps. The usual stretching seemed to help. I kept it from escalating. Concentration was pretty good. Attentive for the most part. Balance and form felt average. Somewhat of a lean to one side. Ailments, right calf soreness. Gear is working well. No issues getting things up and running. Other notes, there were over 1200 riders today.
