Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a bit warmer, but still ideal for cycling. in the 70's, winds from the North West. The legs felt good today. I was sufficiently warmed up by the end of OTR. Banducci went quick. I kept the tempo no less than moderate. Mostly good to high. I reached the summit in good time. I took a few moments rest and then headed downhill. The wind was turbulent, so not a good day to practice the tuck. The trek to SS was into a near perfect headwind, so a bit slow. Once reaching the back entrance, the wind was on my back. I think I reached 40MPH+ on the descent into town. I reached the tunnel in 1 hour and change. I zipped through town and headed back. I think I averaged above 18MPH through the farmlands. I reached Boss Hogs in just under 1:20hrs. The last climb was mostly high tempo. I pushed it over the top, but no heroics. From there it was recovery and the usual descent through Route 202 and OTR. I kept the tempo high, as I knew I was on good time. Concentration was good. Some gremlins out there, but mostly negligible. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Some hints of calf soreness that dissipated in under a minute. Gear is working well. The tracking software stopped about 2 miles from home. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist today as I was making my way up CVR climb.
