This was a nice lunch loop.
Been in the mood for In-N-Out but haven't been in the mood to deal with driving in rain-induced traffic.
A pet peeve about tubeless is getting sealant in the valve and the pump head causing inaccurate pressure readings.
I tried setting the 32's to 35/40 psi but on the first try, tons of air was let out after I tried to take off the pump. Second attempt I went 37.5/42.5 thinking it would let a bunch of air out again but this time it came off clean with a normal, minimal, amount of air.
I decided to ride with it like that and felt it was too hard so I let a bunch of air out to what I believe was 35/40 but it still felt harsh. I'm beginning to worry it might be like on the gravel bike where there's a certain amount of built-in stiffness to the tire that no matter how low I go with the air pressure, only added weight will help.
At the lower pressure, sometimes I could feel the tire absorb the bump but most times it came straight up to me. I even had both a harsh hit and the feeling of the tire absorb which is just weird and wrong.
I play with it some more but I'm wondering if 28mm are actually the right size for me.
