I started off slow to warm up as I missed my ride yesterday. I was feeling really tired and sore. I even felt sore and stiff at the beginning of the ride. I hit a section of the ride with the wind at my back which got me humming along and I decided to keep the pace up. As I was going I started to feel better, I cross path with one of my riding friends and ride leaders. That kind of motivated me too. I remember Sid's earlier ride about him breaking 20 mph on his ride. Well on my training bike it has been a long time since I broke 20 mph, I was wondering if I would ever do it again. It has been so hard to get it up to speed not like my Scott. Well I noticed I was hammering the pace so I tried to keep it up. I knew it would be a challenge once I hit Rte 322. It was too but I was determined to see if i could break 21 mph. I had it there for a while and I made a turn and the wind was waiting and to make matters worse I had to come to a complete stop and wait. This caused me to loose 2 tenths of mph, I pushed but the wind was kicking my butt. I got finally got it back up to 20.9 but could not manage the last 10th.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
