Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I have an appointment today at 2PM. I had to decide where to go. I was planning on going to Keene, but it was foggy and cold, so I resorted to plan B. I hopped on Zwift. I decided to ride a Robo Pacer C group on Watopia. It was a 2.5 W/kg group ride and I wasn't sure what to expect. I hopped right into it without a proper warmup. I was having to keep 3 W/kg just to keep up. My HR sensor didn't pickup, so I was having to fumble with the menu options. It took me 3 tries before it registered. I paid the price for not warming up. I had to pull out after about 20 minutes of riding with the group. The route took us to the Mountain Route segment for a few brief moments. It went up to the bridge and across. And then took a detour to the right. It was then when I was getting the fire-lung sensation. After getting dropped, I went on my own for another 10 minutes before the cooldown. I spent a few minutes to let the HR to 112BPM and then hopped off. Concentration was good. Although, I was getting discouraged since I was near max just trying to hold on. So, the morale was teetering. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I fed a banana, some grapes and a Clif Bar before the start of the ride. Ailments, the sensation of fatigue hit hard at around 20 minutes. Gear worked flawlessly. The Di2 wasn't working at the start, but re-seating the wire on the rear derailleur did the trick. I will have to shop for a new Di2 cable just in case. Other notes, I didn't bother checking the rider count when I hopped on.
Other notes... In hindsight. I will try joining a slower group to warmup the next time I join a 'C' group.
