Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

A beautiful Spring day. Perfect for a bike ride. The wind was a bit turbulent, but mild and mostly from the North West. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation. I felt good. The Arosa climb went quick. I think I had a mild tailwind. I was near max going over the top. The entrance guard was at the summit. I usually wave to him like I did this time. I'm a bit confused about the allowance of entrance for those riding bicycles. Nonetheless, he did not gesture in disagreement this time. I am tempted to stop and explain that I am training. Perhaps the next time, if I have the maxi. I made my way around the backside. I had fun on the descent, reaching 40 MPH. From there I headed to the top of Banducci. I took a few moments to recover. Traffic was minimal, so I headed back down the mountain without much delay. Descending off the Banducci Wall was fun. The wind was not turbulent, so it was very safe. From there, I headed to the top of Highline. I made my way around the Buffalo neighborhood. I had my GPS set to announce the start and end of climbs, but not with the visual graphs. I like it better this way for the courses that I am already familiar. After returning on Highline, I made my way back to OTR. The OTR descent was mostly fun and games. The wind was slightly in my favor. From there, I pushed over Mariposa and did the usual dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about and the morale was good going into the ride. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Just the usual hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. I fed half a banana and some grapes before the ride. Gear worked flawelessly. I like the way I configured the GPS climbing announcements and the removal of the graphs. Other notes, no cyclists today. There was a motorcyclist that gave me a courteous wave, otherwise, I was alone out there.
Other notes, I made it to the summit of Banducci in good time.
