Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another hot day today. Somewhere in the high 80's. There was a cooler breeze, however. My legs were heavy at the start of the ride and became more lively as I reached the end of OTR. I knew I was going to have to keep the tempo modest for most of the ride. That's pretty much what I did. I got to the summit of Banducci in about 38 minutes, which is on the bit of the slower end of normal. I had no intentions of doing a strong ride, but more of one for concentration and balance. My concentration was better than average and I was able to keep my mind focused on the task at hand, for the most part. Interestingly, my balance was probably the better part of the ride. I reached SS in about 51 mintues. Again, a bit on the slow side, but the overall time was not the goal of the ride. I think my legs felt better on the last half of the ride. The last checkpoint, Boss Hogs, was arrived in about 2:02ish. I predicted that I was going to do a 1:55hrs ride, or so. Turns out that I was right on the money. The heat just evaporates the oxygen in the air. It feels like I'm at 2x the altitude. The gear is working well. However, my rear wheel continues to make a skipping noise. I'm wanting to replace it and will have to contact Performance in this regard. Other stuff. I had just enough fluids for the ride. I was thinking of buying some filter cycling bottles so that I can refill at the SS golf park.
