UGRR-2 Day 7 (cycling day 6) Paducah KY- Cave-in-Rock IL

On my own Cannondale road bike. Rode with Beverly who was on a heavier Long haul trucker surly bike and had a lower speed so my speed was perhaps 1 mph lower than it would have normally been if I had been trying to be with the regular recreational group. the distance should also be adjusted slightly because we took a ferry for about 1/3 of a mile. active calories according to Garmin watch 2750. very beautiful route especially after lunch where we we rode next to the Ohio river in roads that reminded me very much of German cycling routes. ed staying in the cave in Rock Park in house which was a bit hard to find there for a bit extra distance.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
