Weather Sunny and hot.
Six loiterers left Uxbridge across the common to Swakleys and Ickenham. We continued through the outskirts of Ruislip ti the Lido and Elevenses at the San Remo Cafe where we were joined by Melissa.
Leaving John and Jane behind we left the Lido across Poor's Field and through Haste Hill GC to the Rickmansworth Rd and so to Batchworth Heath. We then swooped down through the Moor Park Estate to Moor Lane then onto the Edbury Way. Leaving the cycle track we followed the path up to Croxley Green Business Park then on tot the canal side path to Common Moor Lock. Crossing the canal we the ascended Mill Lane to Croxley and lunch at the Red House PH.
After lunch we rode through Croxley Green and down Scots Hill to Rickmansworth.
