Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Interesting weather today. In the upper 60's and turbulent wind conditions. The wind was from the North West all the way to Highline. The legs felt pretty good today. Made it to the end of OTR in good time. As I was making my way out through Highline, I had a headwind till I reached the summit. From that point on, the wind did a 180. I cruised my way out, no heroics. When I reached the turn-around point, I stopped for a few moments because I wanted to set my GoPro to 1440p mode to see the difference. Being that it should work with video stabilization. But, what would the size of the video file be? From there, it was non-stop all the way back. The return leg was enjoyable, with a generous tailwind. I pushed it hard over the summit. Then kept my momentum going all the way back to OTR. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was average. Some lapses here and there. I blame it mostly on the lack of scenery on this route. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some slight right knee soreness in the patella. It came and went a few times. Nothing too detracting. Will likely need to check the cleats. Gear is working great. Other notes, I saw 4 cyclists today. There were markers on the ground for some sort of event. From Highline, to OTR, to just down the street on Weston. No clue what it was...
