Dietfurt to Scheinfeld

A good day's ride.
The first hour or so, riding through a sort of drizzle but with heavy drops. Quite refreshing.
Nuremburg - spread out and, the bits I rode through at least, replete with grand buildings, cafés (but no ice-cream places that I could find) and pedestrian walkways. Lots of couples & families out for their Sunday stroll. A music festival in a square.

Germans have taken to electric bikes in a big way. I think I see more electric than tradional bikes - and am regularly passed by portly upright middle-age men & women enjoying their e-bikes

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
