Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Great weather for a Keene n Back ride. Favorable winds. In the upper 60's. The legs felt good from the start. Made it to the summit of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill. I stopped two times to adjust the helmet straps. Once at the summit and the other time at the base. I made it to the base in good average time. The climb went well. The body felt good. Legs were lively. I ticked over the landmarks. I had a few things to think about. So, that helped. I kept the tempo steady. In my limits. No serious red-lining. Concentration was good. Few to no lapses. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Maybe some hand numbness. Gear is working flawless. The mystery click persists, although not that bad today. Other notes, no other cyclists. I asked Roger if he wanted to join me, but I only had 5 minutes to spare. Maybe on the next outing to Keene.
