Changé la pile du capteur de cadence. Durant mon entraînement d'hier, la roue arrière sautait. Après examen, j'ai constaté qu'à un endroit, le côté du pneu n'était pas accoté sur le bord de la jante (elle est aussi voilée). J'ai dégonflé, essayé de le placer mais rien à faire. Finalement, j'ai changé la chambre à air (pour une plus petite) et le pneu s'est mieux plaçé (bien que pas parfaitement). Début d'une canicule. Et je crois que j'ai fait un coup de chaleur. Au retour, après la croisée de Saint-Simon, je suis complètement vidé. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à me rendre à la maison!! Rivière-du-Nord O, pont Canuta... Monté une partie de la rue des Sarcelles pour aller chercher un 65+ Km. Vitesse et puissance moyenne sans le cool down démarré sur le pont de la 50 du rang Saint-Rémi: 27,6 Km/h, 161w, np 179w. Avec 26,2 Km/h, 145w, np 170w. Pmax: 743w. VO2max: 46. 16/161. Autre donnée: rendu à Saint-Placide: 27,8 Km/h, 167w, np 186w (vent de face sur Saint-Vincent!!).

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
