Belle température, quand même un peu chaude. Mais j'aime mieux ça que trop froid. La suggestion de Garmin était de faire un entraînement de seuil. C'est exactement ce que j'ai fait malgré que le Training Effect soit de 5/5 avec la mention Effort trop soutenu!! Par les champs de Mirabel, piste cyclable du Petit-Train-du-Nord jusqu'au bout à Blainville et retour par le même chemin. J'ai fait 1 fois la rue Boiclair et monté des Sarcelles/des Perdrix 1 fois avec 2 tours en haut. Vitesse et puissance moyenne sans le cool down démarré au coin de St-Dominique/Giroux: 31,0 km/h, 195w, np 213w. Avec: 28,8 km/h, 173w, np 201w. VO2max: 54. 7/73. J'ai vraiment été fort pendant les premiers 50 km et ralentis un peu après (mais avant la récupération). Récupération quand même assez bien respecté et longue (pour l'intensité de l'effort). J'ai les jambes pas mal fatiguées après!! Autres données: au bout à Blainville: 31,9 km/h, 197w, np 217w. De retour sur la rue en sortant de la piste cyclable (au retour): 31,4 km/h, 198w, np 216w.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
